When my wife and I started dating, we would dedicate almost every Saturday
afternoon cleaning and detailing our cars. Looking back, I should have known we
were born to have a cleaning business! We still carry that "detailed cleaning"
significance with us today, 17 years later as we implement that into our
business. Anyone who knows me can attest I take care of everything I own from my
vehicle to my house to my family. If you take care of something, it will last.
That's also true for my business. If I take care of my customers, my
employees
and my equipment, they will last. It's a simple rule of life that I have always
lived by.
We have a finely tuned staff, some of which have been with us almost 13 years! We
have a very low turn-over which is very assuring to all of our customers,
knowing they will get the same person cleaning their office week after week.
In keeping with the attention to detail, I have kept my business modest. There
are lots of competitive businesses in this field that have grown so large, so
fast, they have lost their ability to have any one-on- one contact with their
customers. Customer service is extremely important to us. Without our customers,
we wouldn't be here today! There will always be someone bigger, but they won't
necessarily be better.
IICRC Certified Firm
To qualify for
IICRC-Certified Firm status businesses must demonstrate proof of
insurance, maintain a written customer complaint policy with
documented follow-up and provide ongoing education and training
leading to certification for all technicians. IICRC Certified Firms
are also required to abide by the
IICRC Code of Ethics.
